Recently, I've been approached by admin assistants, marketing communications people, office managers and business owners about my keynote presentations.
The good news is that word is getting out about the fact that I'm a keynote speaker.
The bad news is that I can see these people are struggling to make these events happen. What are the problems they are facing? Tight deadlines. Poor venue choices. A lack of clarity for the results they want to achieve. Problems filling seats. And, most importantly, a full-time job on top of this task of organising and running the event.
To combat this... I have put together a short, sharp presentation to provide some great tips on speaker selection and a really good checklist for the rest of the event needs.
Have you delegated the running of an event to someone on your team? Invite them to register for this session. You'll be glad you did.
I'll pop the registration link in the comments.
